You can change any of the Displayed Parameters here. However be careful when you change the Profile! Every Printer is also defined in the Statistic Table. If you change the Profile/Model for a Printer, who already has orders to a completely different Model, unpredictable Results may occur. Also the Page Counter Statistic will no longer be correct.
Consumable Status Report
For each Consumable Part you can see the Maximum Capacity, Threshold Value in Percent, and the Pages remaining (as detected during the last Query). If there is an Alert Condition, the affected Consumable Part is marked Red. If PSM has already sent an Email Order for that Alert, you will see the Date there, otherwise you will see just Zeros or empty Fields.
Page Counter Statistic
The Page Counter Statistic will appear only, if a valid Counter Profile has been assigned to the Printer. If it appears, it will show you the Counters detected during the last Query of consumables. This means the values shown could already be lower than the actual values. If you need to have the actual values, you can run the Printer Query in the Scheduler Administration manually.
Error Profiles
You can assign Error Profiles to each Printer. You can also define Email Addresses which will be notified additionally to the ones defined in the Program Administration. The query will run at the Times defined in the Scheduler for the Printer Query. If an Error has been detected, the Email will be sent out immediately. If you click on "Save / Return" the Status will be updated immediately, but no Email will be sent.
